An effort is being made to establish a Club for the promotion of this healthy exercise during the winter months, the game is promising to meet with considerable success" - read more. Mini & Junior Section Weston-Super-Mare RFC Mini & Junior section was formed 40 years ago by Bob Hedges. The section was the first mini rugby club side in England, playing mostly against private schools. Then there were only a handful of players in the whole section.
